Just published a deep-dive on fine-tuning LLMs with LoRA. TL;DR: You can achieve ~90% of full fine-tuning performance with just 0.5% of the trainable parameters. The memory savings are insane — went from needing 4xA100s to a single RTX 4090. Full blog linked in my bio if anyone's interested!
