Remotive API
Used for: Remote tech job listings
Remotive is a remote job board focused on tech roles. Their free public API provides access to hand-curated remote job listings from vetted companies. Job descriptions are summarized and link back to original postings.
Himalayas API
Used for: Remote developer job listings
Himalayas is a remote-first job platform for developers. Their free public API provides access to curated remote developer roles. Attribution is required and provided here and on each listing.
Jooble API
Used for: Aggregated tech job listings
Jooble is a global job search engine aggregating listings from thousands of sources. Their publisher API provides access to job listings for qualified partner sites. Listings link back to original postings.
Arbeitnow API
Used for: Remote tech job listings
Arbeitnow is a remote job board with a free public API. Their API provides access to tech-focused remote job listings. All listings link back to original postings and descriptions are summarized.
Jobicy
Used for: Remote job listings
Jobicy provides a free API and RSS feed for remote and global job listings. Their service requires attribution, which we provide here and in per-listing badges.
NPTEL (National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning)
Used for: Free online courses
NPTEL is a joint initiative of the IITs and IISc, funded by the Government of India, offering free online courses with optional certification. Course data is curated from publicly available NPTEL course listings. All NPTEL content is openly licensed for educational use.
Devfolio
Used for: Hackathon listings
Devfolio is India's largest hackathon platform, hosting hundreds of hackathons year-round. Hackathon listings shown on hackORtech are curated summaries based on publicly available event pages. We do not scrape or copy full event details.

How We Use This Data
Every listing on hackORtech carries a source badge indicating where the data came from. Each detail page shows a "Sourced from" section with a link to the original posting. We rewrite descriptions as short summaries — we never copy verbatim. Apply buttons for external listings open the original job posting in a new tab.
All external source links use rel="nofollow external" and open in new tabs. Job data is refreshed regularly from the source APIs.
