hackORtech is a technology community platform that connects developers with jobs, hackathons, tech events, and internships. Our platform facilitates discovery, applications, and networking within the tech ecosystem.

Content Guidelines
Users may post content including profiles, job listings, event details, and community posts. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display it on our platform.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable. Prohibited content includes:

Intellectual Property
The hackORtech name, logo, design, and platform code are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent. All third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., Google AdSense, external job boards). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party sites. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.
Limitation of Liability
hackORtech is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of opportunities, data, or profits.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless hackORtech, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease, and we may delete your content. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, India.
